One of the most favorite chutney (dip) relished with afternoon and evening meals in Eastern India.
- 8 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Green Chilly chopped
- ¼ tsp Mustard Oil
- ¼ bowl of chopped Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Place a frying pan on low flame and put the tomatoes (whole) in them . Cover the pan with a lid for 10 minutes.
Remove the tomatoes into a bowl and wash with plain water. Using your peel off the skin from the tomatoes. Mix all the other ingredients with the tomatoes and mash them well.
Spicy Tomato Chutney (Dip) is ready to serve.
