An excellent flavor of coriander dip that is best for pakoras, momos, chips or absolutely anything.
- 200 grams of Coriander Leaves
- 1 Green Chili (2 if you want more spicy)
- 6 cloves of Garlic
- ¼ tsp Lemon Juice
- 5 drops of Mustard Oil
- Salt to taste
Wash the coriander leaves with water. Grind the coriander leaves, cloves and green chili into a fine paste in a mixer. Remove it into a bowl.
Now add lemon juice, salt and mustard oil to the coriander paste. Mix it well.
Coriander Chutney (Dip) is ready to serve.
