Vitamin D

Young working professionals must spend an hour in the sun everyday for Vitamin D as their desk jobs are not sunlight friendly.

 

Vitamin D is important because it helps in building stronger bones and building a strong immune system. It also helps fight respiratory infections like pneumonia, Tuberculosis and Bronchiolitis.

Thus it is recommended to take Soak the sun but do not forget your sunscreen. Please remember to rub body oil on arms and legs while sun bathing because it can increase Vitamin D absorption in the body
